ORDERS & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal. When paying with a credit/debit card, you'll need to provide your card details, including the credit card number, validity, and verification number. We'll transmit this data using secure encryption. If your card is unlocked for 3D-Secure, you'll be forwarded to a security questionnaire for your bank. With PayPal, you can use your existing account to pay, or quickly register your bank account on the PayPal website with just a few clicks.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation?
If you haven't received an email order confirmation, check your junk/spam folders as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't see it there, please contact us at customercare@casabettini.com. We'll check your email address and rectify in case there are any typos.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending us a message via the web chat option on our website or by emailing us at customercare@casabettini.com. If you cancel your order more than 12 hours after placing it, you may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you'll be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item, and any refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to place the order.
What should I do if I am having a checkout problem?
If you're having issues when trying to purchase on our website, contact your bank if your card is being declined. Unfortunately, we hold no control over the payment method used. If your bank has sent you an authorization text message, you may need to respond to this to process your order successfully.
DELIVERY
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times can vary between brands and you can find specific delivery times on our individual product pages. Upon ordering, you'll receive tracking information that you can use to check live delivery status.
Do you offer click and collect?
No, we do not currently offer a click and collect service. All orders can be delivered directly to your shipping address entered at checkout.
What's your shipping and delivery policy?
As soon as you place your order, we'll pre-authorize your card, but we won't charge it. We'll then contact our supplier to confirm the availability of the product you've purchased for immediate shipment. If there is any delay, such as an item on backorder, we'll void the pre-authorization and let you know. Once your order is in stock and available for dispatch, we'll charge your card and dispatch your order within 5 working days. We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you haven't received tracking details within 6 working days, please email us at customercare@casabettini.com.

Do you have a showroom or shop?
No, we pride ourselves on only stocking products of the utmost quality, and we retail them exclusively through our website. This allows us to offer a large range of quality products at the best possible price, which we stand behind with our price match guarantee. On occasion, some of our brands will allow customer viewing experiences in their showrooms. Please note that bookings are essential through Casa Bettini, so please contact us.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns policies vary between different brands available through Casa Bettini. Please check individual product pages for accurate information regarding returns for each product or contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received.
